Configuration settings for the application can be copied in few steps when migrating it from one environment to another.

Workflow creation
Admin can check for duplicate workflows.
System checklist sequence changed
System checklist has been arranged sequentially (in the order the tasks are performed).
Session timeout time increased
Session timeout time has been increased from 15 minutes to 30 minutes.
Count of users displayed
Counts of active users, inactive users and total users are displayed.
Module name added to Content Type
Module names are displayed with content types.
Leave duration master page
Master page has been generated for leave duration.
Attendance regularization reason added
UI has been generated to configure attendance regularization reason.

Geo fencing configuration through work site
Geo fencing configuration for marking attendance through mobile app has been generated through work site.
There were no bugs reported.
Nomination details
There is a new tab, Nomination Details for PF and gratuity in HRIS and Onboarding that allows user to fill nominee details.
Visa details
There is a new tab, Visa Details in HRIS and Onboarding that allows user to fill visa details.
Drop down masters as per client's requirement
Drop downs (Marital Status and Gender) display values as per client’s requirement.
Benefit: Step towards internationalization.
Employees displayed as per configuration
Employees are displayed to managers & HR on the basis of employment status and advanced search displays employees on the basis of applicable roles.
Benefit: Provides data security.
Delegation of tasks
Mangers and HR can delegate their upcoming tasks, module wise and UI has also been improved.
Benefit: No tasks will remain pending in the absence of stakeholders.
Employee Group integration with Ecode generation
Employee code can be tagged with different employee groups and employee code can also be generated with prefix and suffix required by the organization.
Onboarding Dashboard view
Users can view count of candidates on each stage, status and count of checklist items and number of joiners on dashboard.
Benefit: Condensed view of actionable and snapshot of onboarding cycle will be visible.
View team details
Manager can view his subordinates and their basic details.
Benefit: Improved team visibility.
Adding Non-CTC heads in Salary Structure
Users can add Non CTC components like joining bonus and relocation bonus with their pay out frequencies and dates and approval workflow for Non CTC components has also been configured.
Benefit: Employee can have a clear picture of the salary breakup.
Pop ups to wish Birthday and Anniversary
When an employee logs in Alt Worklife on his Birthday or Anniversary, a pop up message wishing him will be displayed on the Home Page.
Benefit: Improved Employee Engagement.
Revamp of Confirmation module
1. CTC & Letters have been integrated with Confirmation
2. HR Rating has been attached to Confirm/Extend actions
3. There are different checklists for Confirmation & Extension
4. Performance has been improved
5. Confirmation has been integrated with Employee Life Cycle
6. Confirmation module has been migrated to SOA layer
7. UI has been improved and information flow has been made easy
Benefit: Improved user experience and CTC can be changed after confirming an employee.
Letters with placeholders for CTC Annexures
Letters (also bulk letters) using newly created placeholders for offered CTC, proposed CTC and current CTC to support CTC Annexure can be generated.
Notification for Attendance status
Stakeholders receive notifications for the status of processed/unprocessed attendance.
Benefits: Proactive action can be taken if attendance is not processed and customers can also be informed of the same.
Primefaces update
Alt Worklife has been upgraded to support Primefaces 5.2.
Benefit: Improved UI and UX.
SSO with gmail account
Alt Worklife has been upgraded to support SSO with gmail account.
Benefits: Less clicks when switching between apps and improved security.
Not applicable option for mandatory documents
In Onboarding module and Onboarding’s candidate portal, not applicable option for mandatory documents has been removed.
Contract End Date field added
In HRIS, Contract End Date field has been added to position details.
Transfer and promotion placeholders created
In Transfer and Promotion, new placeholders (used in mails and letters) for L1 Manager’s Designation, Work Site Hierarchy and Org Unit Hierarchy have been created.
Holiday Calendar improvement
Now holidays for an event in holiday calendar are clubbed together and displayed from start date to end date instead of individual dates.
Holiday Calendar update with location change
Holiday calendar gets updated for an employee with location change.
Employee group tagged with notice period
Employee groups can be tagged with notice period.
Benefit: During employee creation notice period is auto populated according to the employee group.
Bulk timesheet approval
Managers can approve timesheets in bulk.
Benefit: Saves time.
Employee group integration with pay structure
Now employee groups have been integrated with pay structure in Onboarding module.
Notifications of contract ending for contractual employees
L1 managers and HR managers are notified n days before (as per configuration) regarding contract ending for contractual employees.
Benefit: Managers get time to take action as they are informed in advance.
Enhancements in Timesheet and Attendance
Employees can submit timesheets mid-week if their last working day is other than a Friday or weekly off, they have taken leaves from middle of the week till weekend and regularize attendance on their last working day.
Employee life cycle integrated with Transfer, Promotion and Confirmation modules
Employee life cycle has been integrated with transfer, promotion and confirmation modules.
FBP History
FBP history is maintained.
Benefit: For Audit purpose.
Car Hire improvements
Actual CC field, guidelines facility similar to HRIS module, multiple attachments facility, option to discontinue car hire and maintaining history of car hire have been added.
Reset password with OTP
User can reset password using OTP.
Letter module improvements
Purposes are displayed based on letter types.
Log maintenance for reports and emails
Logs are maintained for reports and emails from AltDataHub.
HR Manager was not able to update org unit under position information in HRIS.
SSO (Single Sign On) was not working.
Users were not able to reset password through reset password mail received.
Letters with CTC information were not getting generated.
HR Manager was unable to edit prospective hire’s details.
Attendance punch in and punch out were not getting captured properly.
Notice period of the employee was not getting saved.
Users were not able to generate helpdesk ticket using IE 11.0.33.
Display name was not getting displayed in the notifications.
Reimbursement amount was getting updated to zero after L1 approval.
Employee was unable to apply RH.
Invalid message was getting displayed while submitting FBP monthly.
My Details information under HRIS where one to many relationship existed like, education details, employment details etc. was not getting updated.
Announcements on Home page were not visible.
Even if Username Type was set to Official Mail Id, was accepting Employee Code.
Logged in user’s IP address was not getting captured.
System was not restricting user to apply leave on a day if attendance regularization was pending for that day.
Queries posted were not visible under Helpdesk.
L1 manager was not able to view his team only (all employees were visible) when redirected from resignation status page.
Two step login
Logging in is now a two step process:
1. User has to enter the domain name which is first verified.
2. User can enter username and password.
Benefit: Improved UX.
Job search in Employee Referral
Earlier there was no provision to search for jobs under employee referral.
Now users can search for jobs and share them under employee referral.
Benefits: Relevant referrals for specific jobs and market a job.
Timesheet submission and approval
Users can submit timesheets and managers can approve submitted timesheets.
Benefit: Manage timesheets anytime anywhere.
NDC added to Exit
NDC can be processed from the app when an employee submits his resignation.
One time borrowing of leaves
Users can borrow leaves once, if they run out of paid leaves.
Leave request withdrawal
Employees can withdraw their pending leave requests.
OTP to reset password
Employees can reset password of app using OTP.
Benefit: Secured login.
Geo Fencing in Attendance
Employee’s exact location can be captured using geo fencing when he marks attendance.
Relevant experience added to interview feedback
Interviewer can add candidate’s relevant experience in interview feedback.
Relevant error messages
Relevant error messages are displayed depending on the type of exception.
User will know the exact cause of problem.
Location in attendance
Depending on work location, an employee can mark attendance within the given radius of it.
SSO integration
When clients log in to their apps, they can go to Alt Worklife app without logging in again.
Search icon was getting displayed irrespective of directory.
Configurable Worksite
Worksite has been made configurable. You have to enter worksite details as per client’s requirement instead of up till pin code.

Capturing offer generation history
Offer generation history can be captured.
Benefit: You can track offer generation history and can audit.

You can post jobs to various job boards from recruiter portal.
Benefit: Saves time.
Generating CTC annexure
CTC annexure can be generated along with the offer letter for a successful candidate.

Reports enabled for Vendor portal

Placeholders for LOI and resume
LOI (Letter of Intent) and mails with resumes can be generated with new placeholders: @@FitmentCreatedRecruiterName@@, @@FitmentCreatedRecruiterEmailId@@ and @@CandidateResumeDetails@@.
Requisition Third Party Code added to Job Form
To uniquely identify a job, Requisition Third Party Code field has been added to the job form for the job generated by client’s internal system.
Auto selected Stage of candidate
While updating the status of a candidate, the stage is auto displayed.
Offer letter was not getting generated.
Option to login to Alt Recruit was not visible on login page.
Users were not able to log in to Vender portal.
Instead of proposed designation, job designation was getting captured while ECN (employee code) generation.
Placeholder @@ReferralMailId@@ was picking personal mail id of the user instead of official mail id.
Login to recruiter portal was redirecting to SAML login page after entering credentials rather than its home page.
Cancelled jobs were visible to technical and HR interviewers in recruiter portal.
Cancelled and closed jobs were visible to candidates in candidate portal.
While creating new requisitions field labels were not getting changed using small letters.
Shortlist button in CV shortlisting mail sent from recruiter to manager was not working.

Payslip help can be published for selected group of employees and user can transfer salary via Convert to Cheque pay mode.
Cloud offering of Alt Payroll
Alt Payroll is available on cloud and file system will be managed in cluster mode.
