List Employees Setup
To view the basic steps to setup Alt go to Module Setup page.
On this page all the employees tagged to the manager are present. Here you can also create an employee, edit an employee and Search an employee based on various parameters.
Following are the steps to configure My Details:
1. Provide Role Menu Permission
Form Name for Employee List page is EmployeeList when providing Role Menu Permission in point 1.
List Employee Setup is similar to My Details Setup.
List Employees Setup has following step at point 2:
Employee Permission List
By default all the employees in the organization is visible in the List Employees page to allow the L1 Manager/HR Manager to see only the employees tagged with them.
As Admin go to, Admin -> Configuration -> Employee Permission List and select Allow button against L1 Manager or any role whose linked employees should be visible in the Initiate Promotion list.
Note: Point 2, 3 and 4 in My Details Setup page becomes point 3, 4 and 5.
