Advanced Search Setup
To view the basic steps to setup Alt go to Module Setup page.
Advanced Search is a feature to search from list of employees based on different parameters. To know more about advanced search feature go to How to search for an employee under Alt Worklife > HRIS > List Employees.
Following are the steps to set up Advance Search feature:
1. Login as Admin and go to Admin -> Configuration -> Form Configuration.
2. Search for Form with name EmployeeList and click on Context level security.
3. On clicking the Context level security, fill the Configuration Context as FORM_ROLE and Role as any role to which this feature will
be enabled.
4. Following are the fields on which security needs to be provided:
i. Make the component Name (in EmployeeList.Action Panel) Search as Viewable.
ii. All other fields in the Panel named EmployeeList.SearchPanel will be provided with View/Deny/Editable Non Mandatory/Editable
Mandatory access.
