Car Lease Setup

Following are the steps to configure Car Lease:

1. Car Lease Policy
Car Lease policy is a flexi benefit policy given to employees. This policy says - Employer will provide a car to the employee and employee will pay the installments to the employer. Tax exemption will be done on the installments paid.
2. Car Lease Menu
CarLease – It is a menu in Payroll module in Alt Worklife.

b) Enable the menu CarLease for the roles who can apply for Car Lease. Click here to go to How to set up Role Menu

Window Configuration
Window (Start and End Period) for Car Lease Submission is same as that of FBP Window.
Form Security Setup
e) Before starting the form security set up, go through the how to guide for the same.
f) Go to Admin -> Configuration -> Form Configuration
b. Search for Form Name – Car Lease
g) Click on context level security and select Role as per requirement.
h) Now you can choose any of the options from View, Deny, Editable non mandatory and Editable mandatory. You can also
choose Approval Enabled, Approval Required, Effective Date Required and Approval Required.
Note: For accurately designing the Form security, we need to share the below mentioned file with the client and then give the form security as per their requirement.
